Membership & Guest Information

Guest Access

Members may bring paid guests to events.

The cost per paid guest is ₦25,000.

Each guest ticket admits one (1) person and is valid only when accompanied by a Loyalty or Sanctuary member. The member must be present for entry.


Event Fees

After pre-qualification, members pay ₦60,000 for their first event.

Once this initial fee is paid, all future events are included in the membership benefits.


Overnight Stays

Overnight stays are not included in membership fees.

Room rates at Tarkwa and Ilashe depend on current offers and the member’s Loyalty Reward Points.

Members are encouraged to check newsletters for exclusive discounts and seasonal offers.

Legacy members get 2-night stay.

Sanctuary Membership: ₦30,000/month

Loyalty Membership: ₦15,000/month

Legacy Membership: No monthly fees


Annual Payment Discount

Members who choose to pay annually in advance enjoy a discounted rate.

Sanctuary membership: ₦300,000/year

Loyalty Membership: ₦150,000/year

Legacy Membership: $700 Joining fee, $300 annual subscription.

 

Returns & Refunds FAQWhat is our return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at hello@popbeachclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


What items are non-returnable?

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    Sale items and Gift cards.
    Perishable goods (like food or plants).
    Custom or personalized products.
    Personal care goods (like beauty products).
    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Can I exchange an item?

No. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@popbeachclub.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
