Join us for a weekend retreat a low tide 13.9 km hike to Ilashe beach stopping for lunch at the beautiful Ilado bay. Yoga great food better company ! It is a day full of activities but in a relaxed fashion. 

Start  8:30 am Saturday 31st January

Finish 1:00pm  Sunday 1st of February

Start off with energy and vitamin shots at our beach house, a 13.9km low-tide hike to Pop Ilashe. Refreshments, swimming, yoga, volleyball, tennis, meditation and conversation. Pick your pace but participate.  

Recommendations: Loose clothing, change of clothes, swimwear, hat , sandals, slippers, trainers.
