This community ticket is designed to enable you join us for a day retreat. Our retreats are a day full of activities but in a relaxed fashion.

Start off with energy and vitamin shots at our #beachhouse, a 12.9km low-tide hike to Pop Ilashe. Refreshments, swimming, yoga, volleyball, tennis, meditation and conversation. Pick your pace but participate.  

Recommendations: Loose clothing, change of clothes, swimwear, hat , sandals, slippers, trainers.
