#ponrhike, is a personal restorative journey centered around the historical events of the19th century. 

This 4-5 night trail hike along the beautiful beaches of the western peninsular of Lagos, stitches together a living history of the people of the area connecting present day Nigeria all the way to Ghana through stories of the great Dahomey and Ashanti kingdoms, and the mighty Oyo empire.
The experience carves out a broader history of the city of Lagos reaching back beyond the 13th century and gives context for better understanding as a Nigerian, an African and human being.

The tour gives you a chance to experience authentic communities, comraderie and challenge yourself physically and mentally  it is a bucketlist event with incredible views and experiences along the way
